We only provide our tailored Live in Care and Support solutions in Kent.
It is important to us to make sure that we are close to all of our customers and can build a good relationship. Staying close to our customers means that we can be on hand at short notice and visit regularly to support our Live in Carers also.
We offer a fixed weekly rate for our Live in Care for all of our customers. The service provides all aspects of personal care and support plus assistance with domestic chores, administration of medications, cooking fresh meals daily to your preference, companionship and accompanying our customers on days out. Care is about choice. At Kent Home Care we pride ourselves in ensuring that our customers are able to customise their care package and choose how they would like the care delivered.
Continuity of Care is important to ensure that a healthy relationship can be built between customers and carers. Most customers receive their 85% of their Live in Care from the same regular carer.

Kent Home Care are an approved provider of home care services both for Kent County Council and the NHS. This means we are able to accept customers with NHS funding, Direct payments and the Kent Card along with self funding customers.
